Pitchers are especially vulnerable to arm injuries, but injuries aren’t inevitable. Our movement analysis will provide us important information to faulty mechanics which can lead to reducing the risk of injuries such as rotator cuff strains, elbow tendinitis, and UCL injuries. Our program is designed to build shoulder stability, elbow strength, and arm endurance, using exercises specifically focused on resilience.
