I grew up in Chesterfield, New Jersey where as a child, you could always find me playing sports, climbing trees, or simply playing in the mud. The two sports I played competitively growing up were soccer and softball, and till this day I still continue playing soccer for a coed and womens league. At a young age, I found myself wanting to be in the leadership position on my sports teams because I wanted to help guide other athletes to become more aware of thier health and wellness habits.

Once I got to highschool, I had my first experience inside a weight room where I learned fundamental movement patterns. I began to really enjoy the exercise scene and realized I could find myself in that environment everyday for a living. My passion developed even more once I enrolled at TCNJ and became highly educated on the anatomy/physiology of the human body- receiving a Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences in 2020.

When you get to know me, you will quickly find out that I am a very simple person with a very simple mindset. I hope to spread as much knowledge, happiness, and confidence among those I surround myself with. The most important thing to me in life is making quality relationships with my adult and youth clients who strive to be better!
